Regular meetings of the BMR Metropolitan District (Water District) are held the first Tuesday of every month at the Lowell Ranch (east side of the East Frontage Rd off I-25 about .9 miles North of the entrance to Bell Mountain Ranch) at 6:00 p.m.  Meeting announcements for regular and special meetings are posted at the front entrance bulletin board, the community park bulletin board, the water treatment plant and at the office of the Douglas County Clerk & Recorder, not less than 3 days prior to each meeting.
