The BMR Metropolitan District (Water District) is a Colorado Special District. The Water District operates and maintains the Bell Mountain Ranch water system including ground water supply, treatment, distribution and storage facilities. The Water District had been controlled and managed by the original BMR developer. The Water District was conveyed to the Metro District in February 2009 and now operates as an enterprise fund within the Metro District. Revenue for the enterprise fund is generated from monthly water service and usage fees. The governing body of the Water District is it's Board of Directors (Bell Mountain owners) who are elected by the taxpayers of Bell Mountain.  Our Open Records Policy.
